Ward Design is an architectural practice established in 1990.  Clients have principally been private sector developers in the residential market and we assist them to assess the feasibility of developing sites. Projects range from 15-unit housing schemes, to £500m London mixed-use redevelopment sites. We have a reputation for maximising the return from client’s investments. Ward Design has recently bought over another architectural practice in London which specialises in the design of schools and hospitals. In 2003 we added a Planning Consultancy, which trades as Elevate. Elevate is now one of the largest planning practices in NI.

Ward Design is working with UK and Irish developers to look for residential and commercial development opportunities Europe wide, with a particular focus on Poland. We have recently set up an office in Gliwice, and have an architect permanently based there already.
