SAM Mouldings produces a range of architectural mouldings (skirting, architrave, door linings, window sills, stair treads and kitchen components) from medium density fibreboard (MDF). The material is used in the construction and DIY sectors.

SAM Mouldings is widely recognised as market leader due to its ability to consistently offer a quality range of products delivered on time and in specification. The company offers the widest range of products available in the marketplace today and its high level of manufacturing flexibility means it can produce profiles to customers own specifications/design.

The product's versatility enables it to be used effectively in all types of construction and it comes in a range of finishes. The majority of products are white primed ready for a top coat on site but the company also produce material with real wood veneer wraps, foil wraps or paper wraps which are used in a variety of sectors from house building to kitchen components to furniture.

SAM Mouldings also leads the way in the management of its environmental impact on society. All MDF is FSC Certified (Forestry Stewardship Council) ensuring it is sourced from controlled forests whilst all factory waste is recycled back for use within the manufacturing process including electricity generation.
