Delap & Waller is a Building Services Consulting Engineering company established in 1911 and is one of the largest practices in Ireland. Current projects include those in the commercial, office, retail, educational and healthcare sectors. The Practice is retained by Marks & Spencer, B&Q, Boots, Superdrug, Sainsbury's and numerous Education Boards throughout the UK. The company is independently owned and is a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers.

Delap and Waller has offices throughout the UK, Ireland, Russia, Romania and the Middle East. Its work is in high value projects, one of which in Ireland is valued at around £1 billion over 10 years. Projects are also high profile such as Titanic Quarter - the largest docks redevelopment project in Europe.

Delap & Waller has been working on business development in Poland for the past
Year and now a permanent presence in Warsaw having opened an office there in July 2009.

There is now awareness in Poland of the requirement to design sustainable
buildings, and there are a number of architects who are now taking this on board. Delap & Waller is very well placed through its sustainability division to contribute to this.
