Invest NI Grant Assistance

Invest NI offers programme participants financial assistance towards accommodation and/or travel costs. Please see the guidelines below:

• - 50% contribution towards economy air fares (exclusive of tax)
• - Daily allowance of up to £100 for hotel room (Bed & Breakfast basis) costs
• - An additional allowance will be payable for up to 3 nights for overnight stays in other locations in the region or for extra nights spent in any of the programme centres outside their official stay periods. The allowance will be up to a maximum of £100 per night (Bed & Breakfast basis)
• - Allowances are only applicable during the official programme period

To avail of Invest NI Grant Assistance companies must adhere to the terms as follows:

a) Visit the two centres at the same time as per the official programme itinerary (unless otherwise approved by NICCI).

b) Attend all official engagements organised by NICCI. These will be kept to an absolute minimum.

c) Utilise the services of the appointed travel agent. Grant Assistance will not be available if companies would like to make independent travel arrangements.

d) Stay in the designated hotel(s).

e) Complete a comprehensive post-programme questionnaire.

f) Provide receipts, where requested, as evidence of expenditure following the programme .

g) Provide information to be published by NICCI/Invest NI on contracts awarded and other business developments achieved on the programme.
